What are soda crystals? Bexters Soda Crystals are made from 100% natural sodium carbonate.

They are a highly effective, all natural recovery and pain management solution and provide excellent relief from aching or swollen muscles & joints.

Bexters crystals may help with:

Directions:

Swelling application wraps: for best results, place 100g of Bexters soda crystals into a purpose made application wrap/mitt and apply directly over the swollen area.

Leave the wrap/ mitt secured for a minimum of 3-4 hours, preferably overnight. As excess fluid may be absorbed, a towel or waterproof sheet should be placed underneath the treatment area.

Alternatively a lightweight cotton sock can be used in place of an application wrap/mitt. Dispose of crystals after each use. Do not reuse crystals.

Recommended for use on alternate days. Aches and pains whole body: completely dissolve 200g of soda crystals in a full bath and soak for up to to an hour. Use 100g for sensitive skin.

Take care when stepping out of the bath as it may be slippery. Bath water can be recycled for use on the lawn. Hands and feet: dissolve 1 tablespoon of soda crystals in a basin of warm water. Soak for up to an hour
