Parcels are taking longer than usual to be scanned at the Aramex and NZ Post depot. If the tracking does not show any update on the Aramex and NZ post website, we request you to please allow 1 to 5 business days for parcel to be scanned and show update.
Customers also have the option of paying for Express Shipping in 2-4 full working days for major cities, and 3-5 working days for all other locations.
Please note that our shipping services require signature upon delivery so we would require residential address for your order and cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and therefore do not qualify for Express Shipping. Please note for the orders coming from USA, they are not eligible for Express Shipping.
