We guarantee a full money back refund without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product(s) being opened and used. Please note that notification within 7 days of receipt is required and the product must be returned to us within 10 working days.
We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product(s), either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of makeup.
Should you wish to return an order to due change of mind, we are more than happy to provide a store credit or a shipment of a different item in exchange. Please note a 10% restocking fee will apply on returns due to change of mind.
If there is a defect in the product only noticed upon opening the product, then it may be returned to us for a replacement. Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Fresh Beauty Co. New Zealand and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Fresh Beauty Co. E-Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date unless otherwise stated. Please contact us if your gift card has expired as we can assist you with that. If you purchased a gift card with us on the old website, please contact us to activate the card.Fragrances & Sexual Wellness Product Returns
Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials. Please select and order all fragrance products with care as we are unable to accept returns on fragrances due to transportation restrictions. Postal services do not allow the transportation of fragrances through their network. Due to health and safety guidelines, we are unable to accept a return or exchange on a sexual wellness products unless deemed faulty.Cancellations
