After cleansing and toning, gently apply the liquid with clean hands or cotton pad by swiping a thin layer over the skin, concentrating on affected areas with lots of blackheads. Pat gently for full absorption. When it is completely absorbed into the skin, proceed with regular skincare steps and do not forget to apply sunscreen if used in daylight.
