The Oral B Pro 500 electric toothbrush helps you brush like your dentist recommends for 2 minutes with the professional timer, and it notifies you every 30 seconds to change the area you are brushing.

Directions:

For best whitening results use in conjunction twice daily with an Oral B 3d white paste + rinse. Place toothpaste on the brush head and hold the brush at a 45-degree angle, just as you would a manual toothbrush.
