Directions:
Dosage tablet supplement daily fibre intake: adults 2-6 capsules to be taken, 1-3 daily times. To maintain regularity: adults 7 capsules to be taken, 1 -3 daily times. Helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels: adults 7 capsules to be taken 3 times daily. For children 12 years, seek medical advice.
