Directions:
Using for the first time unscrew the base of the unit in an anti-clockwise direction and remove and dispose of both the red insulator tab and the plastic ring replace the base of the unit and screw in a clockwise direction until secure follow the directions for regular usage regular usage remove the protective roller cover before use ensure that the roller head is securely inserted into the unit. Do not use without the roller head attached turn on by twisting the silver ring to the left and gently glide the roller head over hard skin and the dead skin will gradually exfoliate. Use only on dry skin.
Do not press too hard, or the unit will stop turn off and check if you have achieved the softness you desire. If not, turn on and repeat until the level of smoothness is obtained turn off by twisting the silver ring to the right wipe or rinse feet to remove excess dead skin particles thoroughly dry feet apply moisturiser and massage into your fabulous smooth feet!

Warnings:
Interdental brushes, toothpicks and wooden sticks can put pressure on the tip of the small spike of gum between the teeth, (called the papilla) especially if you force it in or use a brush that is too big for the space.
This can cause a slight re-shaping of the gum tip over time so that the tip of the pink gum is not as pointy, it is more rounded.
The gap between the teeth becomes visible as it is more open.
This can be a good thing for some as it gives them better access into the gap to clean properly, but for others, especially in the front teeth, it can be a slight cosmetic issue, so you should be aware of it.
If you are concerned, use floss, or supagrips floss-picks, or smaller brush sizes with a gentle action for cosmetic areas such as the front teeth.
The least wear back of this gum spike will be by using floss, either as a floss-pick (easier to hold) or held between your fingers.
