Medi-pak works by contracting blood vessels reducing internal bleeding. This reduces swelling, while numbing pain and easing discomfort.

• Apply Medi-pak cold for the relief of headaches, migraines, burns, scalds, toothache, insect bites, R.S.I
• Pain, muscle aches and sprains, tennis elbow, nose bleeds, prickly heat and most sporting injuries.
• Medium-pak can be used as a hot pack for the relief of back ache, tense muscles and arthritic conditions and period pain.

Directions:

Cold Therapy: store medium-pak in freezer. Insert into cover. Place on affected area. Heat Therapy: place medium-pak flat in microwave, set power on lowest setting.

Heat for 2 minutes or place medium-pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling Hot Water on the pack and rest in Hot Water for 3 - 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.

Warnings:

Non-toxic, discard if punctured, persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor.

Do not heat in microwave for more than 3 minutes at one time.

Excessive heating may cause it to rupture or leak.
