Nicotinell 2mg gum comes in a range of flavours that are pleasant to chew and can help you control the cravings throughout the day.

Chewing technique to get the maximum effectiveness from Nicotinell Gum it is critical you follow a chew and park method for at least 30 minutes.

• Chew one piece of gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.
• Park the gum between your gum and cheek to absorb the nicotine.
• When the taste has faded, repeat the process for up to 30 minutes.

After around 3 months, gradually cut down the amount of gum you chew a day.

When you are down to 1-2 pieces per day, you can stop using Nicotinell gum. This should be possible within 6 months from the start of treatment.

Do not use if you are under 12 years of age, you are non-smoker, if the sachet seal is broken.
