Directions:

Adults and children over 6yrs: 15-30ml. Children 3-6yrs: 10-15ml. To be taken at bedtime with plenty of water.

To avoid possible loss of food vitamins do not use other than at bedtime except on medical advice. Increase dietary fibre.
