Unlike chemical filled mouthwashes, oil pulling reduces the amount of harmful bacteria in the mouth without disrupting the natural pH balance, and works to nourish the oral microbiome. Directions:

1. Massage sachet to warm coconut oil if it has hardened (this is normal in cold climates)

2. Open sachet and pour oil into mouth. Gently swish and swirl around your mouth for 5 – 10 minutes, or until you feel the oil transforms into water.

3. Spit into a tissue and place in the bin. Do not spit down the drain or in your toilet as this can clog pipes.

4. Repeat once a day for 14 days for best results, or as needed when your mouth feels like an extra spring clean!
