1. Press the on/off button to turn the thermometer on.

2. Push the mode switch to select body mode. The device sounds one short beep when it is turned on the temperature unit (c of f) flashes to confirm the readiness to perform the measurement.

3. Aim the sensor 1-3cm away from the centre of the forehead and press the measurement button.

4. The measure result will be done in 1 second. 5. Press the on/off to turn off the unit or leave for it idle for 30 seconds to switch off automatically.
