How's that possible with no ingredients but peanuts and salt? The secret is that some of the peanuts here are roasted and ground the traditional way, whilst some come in the form of peanut flour, which has less oil and thus relatively more protein. Enough to boost the protein content of Mayver's protein+ to 32% versus 25% for standard peanut butter.
