Sambucol helps reduce the severity of cold & flu symptoms including:

Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 3 - 4 times daily. Children 5 - 12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily. Children 2 - 4 years: 7.5 - 15ml (1/2 - 1 tablespoon) per day.
