How is coconut sugar made?

Coconut sugar comes from the flower blossom of the coconut palm, wild harvested from palm groves run with organic practices.

The syrup is gently heated to evaporate the water producing a milk caramel taste and creating the perfect sweetener that adds flavour and nutrition.

Coconut sugar is a great substitute for cane sugar or sugar alternative. Use it any way you would use a sweetener in a 1: 1 ratio.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
