How are sunflower kernels made?

When the sunflower is ready for harvest, the seeds are removed from the flower, washed, soaked, and dried. The kernels are then removed from the seeds.

Add to trail mixes or eat by itself as a nutritious snack. Sprinkle on salads, soups, muesli or cereal. Add to your baking such as biscuits, slices and muffins. Add to breads, crusts or lightly toast with spices for a killer topper for just about anything.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
