Including fennel, aniseed and lemon balm, this Botanical blend offers therapeutic qualities that have traditionally been used to support and repair the digestive system.

This is a gentle, refreshing and soothing tea, offering a sweet mint base, which is perfectly balanced with a vitalising zest of ginger.

Place a heaped teaspoon ( 2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°c-85°c and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Best consumed without milk or sweetener.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
