Cinnamon and gymnema offer therapeutic qualities, that have traditionally been used to support healthy Metabolic function, stabilise blood sugar levels, and help curb sugar cravings. This tea offers a slightly sweet flavour, with subtle hints of earthy cinnamon and mint.

Place a heaped teaspoon ( 2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser.

Add filtered water at 75°c-85°c and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Best consumed without milk or sweetener.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
