Zylkene is a complementary feed for cats and dogs that contains a natural product derived from casein, a protein in milk.

Useful for pets going through new, unusual or stressful events, ideal for challenging events such as travelling, loud noise, new people including babies, separation, vet visits, introduction of new pets, parties and fireworks.

It is a molecule well known to promote the relaxation of newborns after breastfeeding.

It helps pets cope when facing unusual and unpredictable situations and can be used before occasions such as a change in their normal environment.

It can help support dogs and cats in situations where they find they need to adapt their behaviour to cope.

Zylkene is palatable and easy to give, simply mix with food or give the whole capsule.

Directions:

The capsules can be administered orally as a single dose, or opened and sprinkle onto your pet's food.

Most animals find it palatable and owners find it easy to administer. It is advisable to begin administration at least 8 days before expected stressor, when possible.

The medicine should be given once every day and can be doubled if the situation is exceedingly stressful. It is suitable for both a short-term treatment, which could be for a few days, or for longer periods if needed. Usually a course is given from between 2-4 weeks.
