Many chocolate chips are made with palm oil, other vegetable oils, or even animal fats. Not these! Lotus uses natural cocoa butter instead, making for a healthier, more flavourful chocolate with more of cocoa's natural antioxidants.

Lotus's organic chips are produced in Holland and packed in Australia.
