More than 30g of whey protein blend per serve. Low carb and less than 4 g of sugar per serve.

Directions:

1. Mix entire sachet (55 g) in 250-350 ml of cold water.

2. Blend, shake or stir for 20-30 sec or until powder is dissolved.

3. Drink and enjoy the goodness. Refrigerate if not consumed within the hour.
