2. Remove and gently place on body area.

To cool, place in refrigerator until desired temperature.

Warnings:

Do not overheat.

Lay on flat clean turntable, ensure there is not residue from food or other contaminates. Heat for 1-2 minutes on high (850 watt microwave).

Turn over half way through the heating time to prevent hot spots.

If further heating is required, repeat in increments of 20 seconds until desired temperature is reached.

INAPPROPRAITE USE MAY RESULT IN FIRE.

Discard if there is a burnt odour.

Do not use on sensitive skin or anyone sleeping.

Do not use when wet. Leave to cool on a fire resistant surface after use and do not put into storage until cold.
