Sports people in particular can use Body Sports before sport or exercise as a pre exercise preparation and after exercise to promote discomfort relief. Rub the lotion into the legs, arms and back or any part of the body that may be affected. It is easily absorbed by the skin and can be used quite liberally if desired.
