It is also an additive in a huge number of processed foods. <br></p><p>Gluten may cause celiac disease only, or it may provoke severe inflammation throughout the body; it has been linked to many autoimmune diseases, mood disorders, mental illness such as bipolarand schizophrenia, neuro-degenerative diseases (such as multiple sclerosis and dementia), autism and cancer.</p><p>Modern day wheat is known as dwarf wheat or FrankenWheat and contains super gluten, which is much more likely to create inflammation in the body.</p><p>The problems with gluten are very real and scientifically validated and yet many doctors are not interested or have a closed mind. Eliminating gluten may not only make you feel more energetic and enable you to lose weight, it could save your life!</p><p><br></p><p>Many people try a gluten free diet for a few weeks only, and then seeing no huge improvement, they quit.
